Timing
How timelines are set
Lead times depend on the product, materials, sampling rounds, approvals and order size. Rather than publish a number that may not apply to your project, we confirm a timeline in writing after reviewing your brief and checking material availability.
The timeline is measured from the point where the specification is approved and materials are confirmed. Changes after approval may affect it — we'll always tell you how before you decide.
Owner to confirm: add validated lead-time ranges here once operations confirm them.
