Information we collect

Contact details you provide: name, business email, company, country, role and phone/WhatsApp number (optional).
Project information: product category, specifications, quantities, timing, destination and notes.
Files you upload, such as tech packs, reference images and spreadsheets.
Technical data needed to protect the form from abuse, such as a one-way hashed IP address and anti-spam verification results.
If you accept analytics cookies: anonymised usage data (pages viewed, device type, approximate country). Quote contents are never sent to analytics.

How we use it

To review, cost and respond to your quote request and communicate about your project.
To send you a confirmation of your request.
To protect the website against spam and abuse.
With your consent, to understand how the website is used and improve it.

Uploaded files and confidentiality

Files you upload are stored in private storage that is not publicly accessible. They are only available to authorised Khairay Group staff and used solely to assess and quote your project. Your designs remain yours.

Where data is stored and who processes it

Quote requests and files are stored using Cloudflare (website hosting, database and file storage). Confirmation and notification emails are sent through our transactional email provider. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics processes usage data. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and uploaded files only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting project, then delete them. [Retention period — owner to confirm.]

Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time.
