Questions buyers ask before they quote

What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity starts at 20 pieces. Whether a project can run at that quantity depends on the product type, fabric availability, the number of colours and sizes, and the customisation required. We confirm this for every project after reviewing your brief.

Do you make samples before bulk production?

If your project needs a sample, we confirm the sample cost, timing and approval steps in your quotation. Bulk production starts only after you approve the sample in writing.

Can you add our own labels and packaging?

Private-label projects can include brand labels, care labels, hangtags and packaging. The exact options for your project are confirmed in the quotation.

Do I need a tech pack?

No. A tech pack helps us quote faster and more accurately, but you can also start with a reference sample, photos, a sketch or an idea. Choose your development stage in the quote form.

Can I split the quantity across sizes and colours?

Size and colour splits are usually possible, but each extra colour or variation affects feasibility at low quantities. Tell us your intended split and we'll confirm what works.

How is pricing calculated?

Every quote is based on your specification: style, materials, quantity, decoration, labels, packaging and destination. That's why we don't publish fixed prices — send your brief for an accurate quote.

What are your lead times?

Lead time depends on materials, sampling, approvals and order size. We confirm a realistic timeline in writing after reviewing your brief — we don't promise dates before materials and approvals are confirmed.

Do you ship internationally?

Tell us your destination country in the quote form. Shipping method, documentation and trade terms are confirmed for each project.
